The postgraduate association of Institute of Life Science held an academic Salon named meeting for learning experimental skills and experiences on December 13th, 2015. The salon was held in room 604 at 19:00 and instructor Wang was invited to attend the meeting. The aim of this salon was to meet postgraduates’ interests of scientific research, to master multiple laboratorial methods and to improve operating abilities by introducing different research fields.
Some postgraduates such as Zhang Yahui, Zhao Zhicong, Zhang Runyun and Liu Fengyu shared their own experimental skills and experiences in the meeting,
respectively. And others exchanged their ideas of their current experimental progress. Postgraduates had a heated discussion on questions that they had got and all these questions got over finally.
Every postgraduate benefited a lot from this salon and what they have learned were not only new experimental methods but the collision of different views laid the foundation for the further smooth experiments.
