[研究领域]

§ 多组学数据整合与疾病机制研究: 结合基因组、转录组、蛋白质组等多组学数据,利用人工智能解析复杂疾病的潜在机制,助力精准医疗。

§ 人工智能在生物信息学与药物研发中的应用: 通过深度学习和计算模型,挖掘生物医学数据,优化新药筛选、靶点预测和疾病诊断策略。

§ 植物基因组学与中草药功能基因挖掘: 利用高通量测序和机器学习技术解析中草药基因组,挖掘调控活性成分合成和药效的关键基因,为中药现代化提供科学依据。
