【研究领域】
1.工业微生物技术与酶制剂
酶的催化是生物法制造的核心内容,其高催化活性、高稳定性及循环利用技术成为构建高效低成本酶催化工艺的关键。我们以芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌等工业菌种,表达或展示固定化优秀酶,计算模拟,理性设计,连接肽优化,拓展应用,用于饲料、造纸、化工、食品、医药、纺织、环境等行业。
2 .新型高效低成本的微生物饲料研究及产业化
“农工业有机废弃物资源生态安全利用技术集成”是中国科协主办的上千名院士专家2019年评选出的各领域“中国20大重大科学问题和工程技术难题”之一。当今饲料行业的发展瓶颈是原料成本的居高不下,行业利润率极低,利用微生物发酵非粮原料生产新型饲料蛋白和微生物饲料是降低饲料成本的有效手段,是饲料业和养殖业新的经济增长点,有利于解决民生问题、“三农”问题、环保问题和粮食安全问题。但国内外还没有在技术上有重大突破,微生物饲料没有真正走向产业化,秸秆等浪费现象严重。我们筛选系列食品级饲用微生物菌种,并改造和配伍,利用农业、食品等纤维质废弃物进行发酵生产新型饲料蛋白,或经微生物预处理后益生菌二次、三次发酵生产高附加值的微生物饲料或新型酶制剂,效果显著,成本极低,大幅度提高动物产量,并显著改善肉质和口味,市场规模数千亿,目前生物饲料朝阳产业刚刚起步!近年我们部分产品已饲用,效果显著,技术国内外领先,秸秆生物粗饲料可以攻克南方和农区牛羊养殖业草料紧缺的瓶颈。
3. “微生物+模式”的现代生态循环农业研究及产业化
以微生物饲料、微生物发酵食品、微生物环境、微生物肥料、微生物防治为核心的“微生物+模式”现代生态循环农业,将是下一个房地产业规模的市场,通过新型微生物饲料和发酵中草药支撑起新一代的高效安全饲料业和无抗生态养殖业,通过微生物肥料支撑起新一代的生态肥料业和种植业,通过绿色环保的生物农药代替传统化学农药,通过微生物菌剂显著改善环境水质, 通过微生物发酵以上优质食材,支撑起新一代的健康食品和发酵食品。
基于以上产业需求,我们研究系列应用微生物及酶制剂,包括菌种的筛选、crispr_cas9基因编辑、合成生物学和生物饲料,菌酶发酵工艺、中试、产业化及实际投入使用的效果研究。涉及的微生物有芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、双岐杆菌、光合细菌、消化细菌、系列霉菌等的研究。加强基于微生物转化技术的特种水产养殖污水原位高效循环利用及高效绿色养殖。近来特别加强高效秸秆饲料蛋白研究,并取得了重大进展。
