Introduction of expert: Prof. CUI Xiaofeng is the executive deputy editor of the journal “Molecular Plant” . He received his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Zhejiang University in 2004, and his Ph.D. thesis was awarded the 2006 " National 100 Excellent Ph.D. Dissertation ". From 2005 to 2007, he conducted postdoctoral research at Purdue University in the United States. In 2007, he was awarded the honorary title of Young Science and Technology Star of Shanghai for his research work from 2007 to 2012 at the Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology of the Shanghai Academy of Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since June 2012, he has been the executive vice-editor of the journal “Molecular Plant”, and was supported by the introduction of outstanding talents in the field of literature information and periodicals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013. In 2015, he was appointed as a special researcher of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He published more than 10 papers as a corresponding or first author in internationally renowned journals such as “Plant Cell”, “Molecular Plant”, “Plant Journal”, “Journal of Virology” and “Journal of Experiment Botany”.
