【研究领域】

本实验室是生命科学研究院主要定位于生物化学和生物医药方向的实验室,共有13位教学科研人员属于该方向与本实验室紧密合作。目前本实验室研究方向涉及三方面:1、重金属离子的毒理,镉干扰脂代谢的靶位点以及药物干预,镉的免疫毒理机制以及药物干预靶位点,镉致癌和癌转移的机制和药物干预靶位点;2、蛋白质工程,纳米酶工厂,改造酶以及医药蛋白增加稳定性和活性;3、于锋博士开展的细胞治疗技术。

My laboratory mainly focuses on the biochemistry and biomedical research, a total of 13 faculties associated with the research field in this institute. Currently, the research in this laboratory involves three aspects: 1, the toxicology of heavy metal ions, the molecular mechanism of cadmium disruption lipid metabolism and identification of the drug targets. The molecular mechanism of immunity impairment by cadmium and identification the drug target. Carcinogenesis and cancer metastasis mechanism of cadmium and identification of drug target; 2, Protein engineering, nano-enzyme factory, Modification of enzymes and pharmaceutical proteins to increase the stability and activity; 3. The cell therapy techniques are developing by Dr. Yu Feng.
