On April 9, Professor of Histology and Embryology, School of Medicine,Nanjing University, doctoral tutor Professor Han Xiaodong came to my school to do an academic report. The report was held in the third Auditorium of Jiangsu University Conference Center, this conference was conducted by Chen Keping who is the dean of Institute of Life Sciences.

During the meeting, Professor Han introduced her research on regulation of the Wnt signaling pathway in lung fibrosis, the development of some obtained research results ,and the prospect of her research in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis. After the report, students and teachers had high spirits, Professor Han communicated with teachers and students, then answered some questions enthusiastically.

Professor Han received her PhD in Life Sciences of Nanjing University, in 2004. And she went to the United States as a senior visiting scholar at Harvard Medical School Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for a collaborative research in 2001. Engaged in reproduction, stem cell research and tissue regeneration, she had chaired and participated in the National Natural Science Foundation of China and many other research projects. Until now she had published more than 100 papers in the international academic journals .
