The biomedical sub-forum of JSU fifth "Sino-Foreign Postgraduate Academic Forum" was held in the third hall of the conference center on November 18th, 2015. The sub-forum was hosted by the Institute of Life Science and co-organized by School of Pharmacy and School of Medicine. Professor Zhou Yajing from the Institute of Life Science, Professor Liu Hanqing from School of Pharmacy and Professor Wang Wenbing from School of Medicine were evaluation experts for this forum. Besides, deputy secretaries of departments of student affairs and instructors of each institute and postgraduate representatives also attended.
The fifth "Sino-Foreign Postgraduate Academic Forum" started at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Then, Lu Rongzhu from School of Medicine made a report named ‘Hormosis and Cytoprotecion’. The splendid report won huge applause and the audience became passionate. Then, each competitor gave an oral report of their research by using PPT. After that, competitors answered questions asking by evaluation experts and audience. It was their rich knowledge and spirit of studying made the applause prolonged and pushed the activity to a new high. It is worth mentioning that the organizer prepared a Tea Break and evaluation experts and audience visited the poster exhibition and voted on their favorite works after a break. At the end of the competition, all the competitors and guests took some photos and the fifth "Sino-Foreign Postgraduate Academic Forum" had a happy ending in a heavy applause.
